🚀 Metaverse: the new eldorado of training 3.0

🤖 Formerly the responsibility of science fiction, the Metaverse is part of today's society. From Fortnite to Roblox to Animal Crossing, hundreds of millions of people around the world are accessing the virtual world. 👨‍🏫 But apps go far beyond gaming. Today, we can study, collaborate, and even own virtual spaces in a multitude of distinct ecosystems. According to a study by Gartner, 1 in 4 people will spend at least 1 hour a day in the Metaverse in 2026. 🏫 Applied to the field of Education and Distance Learning, the Metaverse makes sense. To fully understand what it is all about, I have prepared a series of 3 concrete educational use cases for you via the #Metasoftskills platform. 📌 Creation of Distance Learning / Dynamic Courses: In the Metaverse, all distractions disappear. Whether it's team training or remote courses, instead of staring at a screen all day, participants connect via their virtual avatar, explore and engage in the rich and varied environments (classrooms meeting, amphitheater, external spaces, work chain, labs, etc.). They interact with other participants as if they were in a physical training space. At your disposal, 3D educational objects to handle, interactive boards, relaxation areas... you can feel the atmosphere with the other participants and you can part with a handshake!

📌 Remote co-development workshops: By entering the creative spaces on Metasoftskills, brainstorming sessions and workshops are multiplied by the confrontation with many virtual environments. Methods from personal and professional development are used to develop emotional intelligence, conflict management, agility in decision-making, the fight against discrimination, creative association or even the management of stressors. And of course, all in playful and engaging spaces (workspaces but also nature and even beautiful tropical island!) 📌 Preparation for mobility interviews or remote recruitment: During an interview preparation session on the Metasoftskills platform. The participant puts himself in conditioning in the hall of the company then enters the office of the recruiter where he answers questions about his experience and background then is transported in front of, for example, the production line of the industry which serves as support to concrete experiences… to finally finish the exchanges in front of the company's coffee machine for an informal… and important moment. 📈 Strengthening self-confidence, practical exercises guaranteed... remotely and in Metaverse!
