Communication difficulties (with colleagues, managers and other stakeholders) are inherent to business exchanges, and can have a negative impact on collective performance.
That's why Pierre Fabre wanted to put its employees in a near-real-life situation, using an immersive environment to help them better grasp their perception of situations, learn to enrich and adapt their communication according to others, and improve their interactions.
The workshops are run in French and English by our training team for international training.
