Building lasting customer relationships: an obvious step at Gieges to strengthen Cross & Ups

The program for this managerial course includes an initial workshop on customer relations and the importance of building long-term relationships based on trust, before moving on to Cross & Upselling. To do this, we drew on the work of Suzan Fiske of Princeton University, and our expert sales development consultant led a peer-to-peer discussion to reconsider our practices.
