To move beyond the traditional and often limiting roles dedicated to individuals with cognitive or intellectual disabilities, 5Discovery is launching a groundbreaking initiative:
🚀 Placing ESAT workers at the heart of digital transformation by training us in immersive technologies.
🎮 While the use of VR headsets and immersive content is growing exponentially, the majority of people have never experienced Virtual Reality and its impact on learning.
🤝 That’s why we partnered with ESAT DELOS in Yvelines (78) to create an innovative project: training motivated volunteers in VR so they can, in turn, train organizations through dedicated workshops.
🙏 A huge thank you to Khamthong KAIYM, Development Director of ESAT Delos, for launching this impactful initiative alongside Wladys Wozny, Training Manager, and of course…
👏 Bravo to Christophe, Clémence, and Marie for their commitment to this challenge! Beyond introducing organizations to the benefits of immersive learning (including hands-on experience with VR headsets), this project also fosters personal and professional growth by enhancing social interaction skills.
🌍 The 5Discovery Virtual Learning team is proud to develop this mutually enriching and inclusive project where everyone wins!
