About the event
How do we take a step back from the personal and professional stressors around us?
You learn to identify the sources of stress and their impacts. To let go gradually thanks to techniques that have proven themselves; cardiac coherence, sophrology, mindfulness, etc. You are trained in personal coaching tools to strengthen your resources.
You learn effective methods to gain self-control and long-term resilience based on positive psychology. Immersed in virtual reality environments, you practice the techniques offered in your personal bubble.
PROGRAM OF THE TRAINING
Remotely: You connect to our online training platform via video. You join your trainer and your group (8 people Max) live and can exchange and share documents together.
Your trainer leads the session in 2 sessions of 3 hours on the same day.
