Recruitment & Diversity Training

General Objective of the Training:

Improve recruitment practices by identifying and overcoming unconscious biases through Virtual Reality immersion. Through realistic scenarios, recruiters engage with a diverse range of candidate profiles (origin, gender, age, visible or invisible disabilities…) to strengthen professional ethics, ensure fair treatment, and promote an inclusive culture.

Two Complementary Modules:

Module 1 – Diversity of Profiles

You conduct a series of interviews with candidates from different backgrounds, genders, ages, and appearances.

Objective: Identify automatic judgment mechanisms, raise awareness of implicit biases, and develop a more objective, skills-based and criteria-focused approach.

Scenario examples: Interview with a senior woman, a young man from an underrepresented background, a candidate with an atypical appearance, etc.

Module 2 – Disability & Inclusive Recruitment

You conduct interviews with candidates with visible (e.g., reduced mobility) or invisible disabilities (e.g., hearing or cognitive impairments).

Objective: Overcome stereotypes related to disability, avoid unintentional discrimination or awkwardness, and ensure evaluations are based on skills and potential.

Scenario examples: Interview with a deaf candidate using a hearing aid, or a candidate in a wheelchair, etc.

Integrated Methodologies:

• Social psychology & neuroscience: understanding cognitive biases and judgment heuristics

• Legal and ethical framework of recruitment: diversity, non-discrimination, equal opportunity

• Structured interviews & objective assessment: competency-based, with neutral evaluation grids

• Inclusive & empathetic approach: self-awareness, self-observation, and adapted communication

Immersive VR Experience:

• Scenarios adapted to job descriptions, roles, and your organization’s specific challenges

• Realistic dialogues co-designed with HR and diversity experts

• Immediate post-interview feedback (review of decisions, self-assessment, guided reflection)

• Analysis of the impact of implicit biases on decision-making

Customizable Options:

• Candidate profiles tailored to your industry

• Integration of your internal evaluation criteria and job requirements

• Ability to create custom scenarios addressing your HR challenges (internal mobility, remote recruitment, group interviews, etc.)
