Emotional Intelligence Training

General Objective of the Training:
Strengthen your emotional intelligence through immersive Virtual Reality experiences in emotionally charged scenarios. This module helps you recognize, understand, and regulate your own emotions (anger, fear, sadness, joy, disgust…), while also developing your ability to perceive and manage the emotions of others. An essential journey for improving interpersonal relationships and enhancing emotional impact both at work and in your personal life.
Integrated Methodologies
The training is grounded in proven approaches from psychology and communication:
• Emotional Intelligence (Daniel Goleman’s model): self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, social skills
• Positive Psychology: emphasizing constructive emotions and positive relational dynamics
• Nonviolent Communication (NVC): expressing emotional needs without judgment or aggression
• Emotional regulation tools: cardiac coherence, physical and mental centering techniques
Immersive VR Experience
You’ll be immersed in complex emotional situations: disagreements, disengagement, frustration, misunderstandings…
Each scene highlights a strong emotional interaction between characters, allowing you to train in recognizing subtle emotional cues (both verbal and non-verbal).
The module helps you decode relational dynamics and develop appropriate responses to soothe, regulate, or reframe the situation.
