General Objective of the Program:
The “Stress Management” program, composed of several modules, invites learners to immerse themselves in a calming environment and discover the best techniques for managing stress and enhancing personal development. Step by step, you will gain perspective, build resilience, and learn how not to be overwhelmed by destabilizing emotions.
Duration: Approximately 20–25 minutes

Recharge with positive energy in a tropical forest by releasing tension and integrating the fundamentals of positive psychology. Practice fun and effective physical exercises to eliminate stress and strengthen your inner resources. (A Kinect device or similar is required)

Stressors Management Module
Improve your level of self-control and detachment by facing various types of stress (social pressure, multitasking, conflict, distracting noise…). Learn to return to a state of flow (optimal well-being) quickly and effectively in stressful situations.

Meditation module
To quickly calm the mind, reconnect with yourself, and restore balance by focusing on your body. This module guides you through a short, simple, and accessible meditation, helping to strengthen the mind by clearing away all unwanted thoughts.
