Learn to adapt your posture, messaging, and strategy based on your interviewer (recruiter, manager, HR), while boosting your interpersonal impact, self-confidence, and ability to showcase your value.
AI-Augmented Training:
AI plays a key role in personalizing your learning path:
• Automatic question generation based on the targeted position, industry, or your profile (CV, experience, etc.)
• Interactive avatars that respond in real time: friendly, neutral, or challenging attitudes, interruptions, objections, silences…
• Gradual adaptation of difficulty level based on your performance, simulating job interviews or annual evaluations
• Real-time virtual coaching to help adjust your message, posture, and emotional control
AI-Based Evaluation & Feedback:
Each session produces an AI-generated analysis report including:
• Clarity and structure of your answers
