5Disvovery Virtual Learning is actively engaged in a virtual reality gender non-discrimination program with Professor Raphael Laurin from the University of Burgundy. One of the goals is to uncover the unconscious biases a recruiter may have when recruiting a female candidate during a job interview. The program aims to become aware of the biases and unethical attitudes that we can all have during a recruitment process. This awareness will encourage the acquisition of best practices and promote diversity in the workplace.
