This module enables managers, staff and people with disabilities to learn about prosocial interaction, in line with the latest legislation and best practice.
Virtual reality enables participants to see life through the eyes of people with disabilities, experience their difficulties, understand their needs and of course share in their desire to succeed.
Our scenarios simulate a range of situations requiring interaction between recruiters, managers, HR managers and/or people with disabilities (physical, hearing, cognitive or mental), to improve relationships and generate a more understanding and sympathetic environment.
The embodiment process enables participants to “body swap”, experience the physical constraints of people with disabilities and see things from their perspective.
Virtual reality creates a magic that generates awareness and understanding of the perceptions and emotions of others, leads participants to adopt meaningful and ethical behavior, thereby producing concrete results and powerfully accelerating change.
